• Basic Plan (₹499/month): 2 teleconsultations, AI symptom checker, medication reminders
• Family Plan (₹1,299/month): Unlimited consultations, up to 5 profiles, lab tests at home
• Premium Plan (₹2,999/month): Everything in Family, dedicated health manager, specialist fast-track
• Annual billing available with 20% discount
• Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days notice

4. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions
• Individual consultation refunds evaluated within 48 hours of appointment
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access our services without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Carebow provides a platform connecting users with healthcare professionals and health information. Important considerations:

• Carebow is not a substitute for professional in-person medical care
• AI health guidance is for informational purposes only

• In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately
• Healthcare providers on the platform are independent professionals
