Choose who the concern is about
Start with yourself or a family profile so the conversation and health context stay attached to the intended person.
CareBow follows one connected care loop: understand the concern, check risk, guide the next action, keep the family context, and connect into professional care when appropriate and available.
The care loop
Start with yourself or a family profile so the conversation and health context stay attached to the intended person.
Tell Ask CareBow the main concern in your own words. It can ask focused questions about duration, severity, and related symptoms.
High-risk and emergency signals are handled before ordinary guidance. Emergency guidance is never blocked by a plan or usage limit.
See the urgency level, low-risk supportive-care options, what to monitor, and when professional evaluation may be appropriate.
When an eligible service and participating provider are available, move from guidance into a booking workflow without starting the care journey over.
Profiles, vitals, medications, documents, check-ins, and care activity can stay connected instead of disappearing after one conversation.
Ask CareBow provides health information, triage-style urgency guidance, and care navigation. It does not replace a licensed clinician, guarantee a diagnosis, or operate as an emergency-dispatch service.
Eligible users can move into available care services from participating organisations. What appears depends on geography, provider status, schedules, service capacity, and the care category being requested.
